What you'll do
- Create original and engaging content for social media platforms — both visuals (graphics, illustrations, layouts) and copywriting.
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity across channels.
- Develop and execute organic social media strategy (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Analyze social metrics (engagement, reach, growth, conversions).
- Test content formats (memes, carousels, reels, shorts, thought-leadership).
- Stay on top of platform algorithms, trends, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with performance team to align organic + paid narratives.
Who we're looking for
- Proven experience in branding and visual identity development.
- Experience in social media management and organic content creation.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to deliver polished visuals.
- Experience in graphic design.
- Video editing skills would be an advantage.
