Quick summary: We’re seeking an experienced Creative Performance specialist to supercharge our paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google. You’ll blend creativity with data, designing and testing ad concepts that not only capture attention but also scale profitably. This is a hands-on, strategic role for someone who lives at the intersection of storytelling, psychology, and performance marketing.

What you'll do
  • Partner with performance media buyers to develop and execute data-driven creative strategies.
  • Build briefs for designers, editors, and UGC creators that turn insights into actionable direction.
  • Run structured creative testing frameworks (A/B, multivariate) to identify winning concepts.
  • Analyze creative performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS) and iterate quickly based on results.
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, hooks, and consumer psychology across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Develop creative systems - how ideas are generated, tested, and scaled.
  • (Growth path) Build and lead a creative team as we expand.

Who we're looking for
  • 3–5+ years in performance marketing, creative strategy, or paid social roles.
  • Proven record of producing high-performing ad creatives across Meta, TikTok, or Google.
  • Strong analytical mindset - you know your way around CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS data.
  • Skilled in briefing and collaborating with designers, editors, and UGC creators.
  • Deep understanding of what makes ads convert - hooks, emotions, and storytelling structure.
  • Passion for consumer psychology and staying ahead of creative trends.
  • (Bonus) Experience building creative operations or managing a creative team.
